This works best for community-centered small businesses: indie bookstores, coffee shops, florists, event organizers, gift shops, nonprofits - anyone juggling a lot and doing their own design (but wishing they weren't!).
Here's what this looks like in practice:
Small Business Creative Partner - $350–500/month Like having a part-time graphic designer on your team for your fundamental design needs: social graphics, flyers, menu updates, signage, and more. You send it my way, it gets handled. No project management, no hourly tracking. Just a flat monthly fee you can plan around.
Full Creative Support - $800–1,200+/month More bandwidth, bigger scope. Everything included in the Small Business Creative Partner package, plus the capacity for larger initiatives and a higher volume of ongoing design work. We’ll build a monthly plan around your business so you have the creative support you need.
